HOT HITS MUSIC GROUP

Hot Hits Music Group, LLC (HHMG) was created in 2006 to build regional tribute shows and to develop a database of the wealth of talent the Twin Cities Metro Area has to offer.

HHMG began by building a tribute to the great Roy Orbison. This 12 piece Orchestra was called Hot Hits Orchestra and consisted of a 5 piece rhythm section, 3 backing vocalists, and 3 violins and the featured tribute artist. The Orchestra has collaborated with a variety of “Big O” featured tribute artists. Below is a promotional video.

HHMG then took the Roy Orbison backing orchestra and added its own repertoire to become a dance orchestra focusing on great classic hits with strings. Hot Hits Orchestra (HHO) was born. HHO performs great hits from mostly the 70’s and 80’s and includes artists such as Neil Diamond, Elton John, Electric Light Orchestra, Moody Blues, Etta James, Tina Turner, and many others. This group is currently available for public and private events. A short promotional link from one of the Orchestra’s very earliest shows follows:

HHMG had yet another project to complete from there; A show that paid tribute to Loretta Lynn and Patsy Cline. This show then evolved into “Loretta Lynn and Friends – A Very Special Honorary Tribute”. The newest show not only pays tribute to Loretta, but also to her friends and family including sister Crystal Gayle and daughter Cissie Lynn, Patsy Cline, Dolly Parton, Kitty Wells, and Tammy Wynette. It is a very entertaining show and also features some of the great players from the Hot Hits Music Group talent base. A short promotional link from the original show paying tribute to Loretta and Patsy follows:
