Bob Galombeck is founder of Special Event Entertainment Services (SEES), founder and musical director of his own show development company Hot Hits Music Group LLC, and Vice President and Talent Buyer for Las Vegas based Houston Productions, LLC.
With an AA and BS in Music Education, and a Masters Degree in Music Performance, Bob has been around the Twin Cities music scene since 1977 as a performer, music educator, producer, consultant, and businessman in the entertainment industry. Some of the artists Bob has either performed on stage with, warmed up, or worked behind the scenes with include Isaac Hayes, Juice Newton, BJ Thomas, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Conti Condole, Phil Wilson, Peter Nero, Paul Winter, Tanya Tucker, Restless Heart, Ides of March, Holiday on Ice tour group, Waylon Jennings, Gordon Lightfoot, John Cafferty, Asia, Lisa Lisa, Expose', Night Ranger, 38 Special, Smash Mouth, Boston, Steve Miller Band, Loretta Lynn, Chris Young, Hank Williams, Jr., Martina McBride, Larry the Cable Guy, and others.
Bob has also worked with countless musicians in the local Twin Cities Metro area over the past 30+ years performing at clubs, theatres, PAC’s, casinos, private events, fairs and festivals, etc. and in music education workshops. Bob specializes in upright and electric bass, and vocals.
Special Event Entertainment Services (SEES) was recently established to service the needs of venues, businesses, and individuals looking for entertainment and entertainment services for their specialized events. There is a wide range of talent and services thru SEES to make life easier for event planners.
Hot Hits Music Group, LLC was formed in the Twin Cities as a show and production development company. It is the home for Hot Hits Orchestra and Tributes to Roy Orbison, John Fogerty and CCR, and Loretta Lynn and Friends. It has been growing into a talent pool of high quality artists since 2007.
In the early 90's Bob was very instrumental in the development of Music Tech, now the McNally Smith College of Music, as head of the bass program, head of the ensemble program, head of the music business program, and assistant to the program director. Bob was also a board member of the Minnesota Music Academy during this period of time.
Thru Houston Productions, Bob buys talent for casinos on a nationwide basis, as well as regional festivals including Ramble Jam, the twin cities only country music festival.
Bob has recently added two new specialty shows to his roster.. Hypnotist/Magician/Mentalist Amye Scharlau who has combined these elements into one unique show, and Master Psychic/Spiritual Channeler, Ruth Lordan.
